Step 6: Collect your passport

If you want to avoid waiting times at the Visa Service Center, make an appointment via the website. The reason for this is that walk-in applicants have limited slots. For walk-ins, however, there are no restrictions, as long as the maximum capacity isn’t reached.
How To Book Tasheer Appointment
You can book an appointment with Tasheer Visa Center by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the official Tasheer Visa Center website: vc.tasheer.com
Step 2: Select your “language“
Step 3: Click on “Appointment” and then select “Schedule” at the top of the menu.
Step 4: After Clicking the “Appointment” move to the next page, then select “nationality“, select visa type, and fill in the “captcha“.
Step 5: After filling in the captcha Scroll down the page, check the below option we mention in the image, then click on the “continue” button
Step 6: After clicking on “Continue” move to the next page, By reading the terms and conditions check the box we mention below the image, and then click on accept button.
Step 7: After completing this process moves to the next page, fill in the detail we guide below the image step by step.
Select if this is an individual visa or a family visa. Choosing the number of applicants is important if you’re a family. Click “Next”.
Step 8: Enter your sponsor detail, enter the “pre-approval number“, and put the “sponsor ID number” in the next box.
A Saudi resident or company’s invitation or preapproval is needed for some visas. You can give the invitation or pre-approval number and sponsor ID here. Click “Next” if you don’t have it.
Step 9: Enter your info, including your name, passport details, and contact info. Click “Next”.
Step 9: The last step is to confirm the type, date, and time of your appointment. You’ll get an email confirmation.
Your appointment letter will tell you the address of the Visa Service Center, the fees you have to pay, and other details.

How To Reschedule Tasheer Appointment
You can reschedule or cancel an appointment on the Reschedule Appointment page. Please enter your Appointment Reference Number, Passport Number, and Birthdate.
After Completing this detail Click “Submit” and you’ll get the option to reschedule.
How To Cancel Tasheer Appointment
The applicant can cancel an existing confirmed appointment under the “Cancel Appointment” section. Enter your Appointment Reference Number, Passport Number, and Date of Birth on the Cancel Appointment page.
Click “Submit” and you’ll get the option to cancel.
Appointments that have been canceled can’t be retrieved. A new appointment must be booked online or at the Visa Service Center if the applicant still wants to apply.

Waitlist an Appointment
Waitlist Appointment helps applicants request a different date than the scheduled appointment. The applicant is invited to visit the Visa Service Centre as per the preferred waitlist appointment if available.
Reprint Appointment
This section lets you save or print your appointment letter. You have to bring it to the Visa Service Center when you get there.
Retrieve Application
You can retrieve an incomplete appointment application using the Retrieve Application section. To save and retrieve the application, the Applicant must select the Retrieve Application option when scheduling an appointment.
Modify Information
The Modify Information feature lets you edit general information like nationality, qualifications, and address.
